pending I-131, I-765 and I-485
Its 180 days since filing I-131, I-765 and I-485 at SRC and still no EAD and I-485 approval....i have a great job offer, can I accept the offer and file I-485J from new company? can I file I-485J without H1B transfer? The job is similar in nature. Any suggestions plz?

Some people were able to expedite their EAD process with proof of employment. I suggest you try that using the offer letter. Best wishes!
