Pending I-130 Petition with F4 Category

Good evening, everyone! I've question regarding my petition that was filed in Dec 2011, and on June 5th 2024 my case was transferred to ELIS. Its been a year now but nothing change. Case Status says "Case was Received Notice Not Sent". Does anyone else has the same status? Can you guys tell me whats going on? How long will it take to process? I'm from Pakistan. #I-130 #F4 Best of luck you all.
