Pending Green card Interview
Hi Fam,, I want to share my experience and need your advice. So I apply for 1-360 in August 2021 and it was approved January 2025. later my I 485 timeline is • May 2025 - My I-485 was transferred to a USCIS Field Office. • July 2025 - The case was transferred to the Vermont Service Center. • Around November 2025 - The case was transferred to the National Benefits Center (NBC), where USCIS requested updated medical examinations on November 6, 2025, followed by a second biometrics appointment in January 2026. • USCIS scheduled my first adjustment interview for April 8, 2026, in Fresno, California, wrong address I moved 4 years ago even though my attorney had updated my address with USCIS in 2022. • After my attorney requested correction and transfer, USCIS scheduled a second adjustment interview for May 12, 2026, but again sent the notice to the wrong address, creating further unnecessary delays. • Following my adjustment interview, my case was transferred back to the Field Office on May 15, 2026, where it remains pending without a final decision. it’s been more than year and half since my I-360 got approved. I tried multiple inquiries online through congressman but their answer is they are running behind and I have to wait long time .Is there any solution to this please help

if you have reason for expedite you can apply or find another congressman. call Uscis they might help also. good luck 🍀 when you change address it is effecting your queue as I know and you didn’t get request it is making red flag maybe. best things to get consultation from lawyer

@tired from waitingg that’s what I am thinking of but just scared with the current administration that they might get hard on me for suing them .

@chino mc I have tried everything in my power from calling Uscis almost every week to submitting inquiries through congressman . I consulted with my attorney she just want me to wait

can you find reason for expedite? @Alex 😊 I did before they process so quickly and got denied but it was diff case and uncorrectly filed😁

vawa I-485 approval takes more than a year or 2 to come. relax my dear we are in the same boat.
