Pending Case (EB1 A, I-140 and I-907)
Hey guys, I applied for EB1 A (I-140) on November18, 2024. I did the regular processing.
In May 2025, I filled a request for premium processing (I-907) which was accepted on May 19, 2025.
I received an email confirming the receipt and that I will received a notice in my mail.
But I checked my mail this morning and there is nothing there.
is this normal with Filling standalone I-907?

I've gotten receipt notices for both my EB2-NIW and EB1A. But for some reason, I never received receipt notices for my and my husband's I-485 and my i-765. I reached out to my lawyer, he said he never received them and that it wasn't uncommon with what is going on these days with the administration and USCIS.
You can still track it and see its progress through myUSCIS. You can also request a notice to be mailed via the portal, but if they are working on it, you might not need it. The approval notice is more important.

I am like you, applied for EB1A on November 14,2024 regular process, and on May 20 requested Premium Process and waiting for response.
