Hi everyone my Pd is June 2024 this is my second PD my first one was 2021 which was sent to audit, got accepted later end of 2024 which i denied & sticked to my second one since PD is earlier from which i 
got RFE on march 2026 for my I-140 
which got
approved this month August. My case has been transferred to NVC all USCIS processing is done.
can i work for my sponsor while i wait to file for Adjustment of Status? when can i file for AOS? The next step is AOS only as mentioned by my lawyer. 
what do i do?
