most likely if you didn’t sent your medical earlier they will ask for a new one

@C g i-130 is for the proofs. If they denied it, maybe you didn't give them enough proof. you should send MORE, and write a timeline

@Y Ng it’s says “NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY” I spoke with my lawyer that filed everything I was told not to worry just to send evidence of everything

if you have a legitimate marriage without any fraudulent intent they can’t deny your case unless you are a threat to US. such as you have some kind of criminal record. You just need to prove your marriage is in good faith and you are in a legitimate relationship with your spouse.

@Munawar Saeed yes my marriage is in good faith we kids together, our marriage is 100% legitimate. I have no criminal record.

@C g then don’t worry about it you just need to send them all the evidence also send them birth certificates of your children with your spouse.

my PD is also July 2022 case was updated to show fingerprints were taken sense sep 2022 🙄I hope we all get approved soon 🥹🙏🏼
