same rd but mine is eb3 , transferred to Santa Ana too , no updates yet

@FZer Lina You are not, my PD is April, 2023. RD: Nov, 2024, but I am still waiting and I feel exactly the same way you feel. my case has been at NBC since and it’s still there. They never tell me when last an officer checked my case and it really is somehow or I don’t ask right, but I guess we just have to keep waiting, hoping and praying.

@FZer Lina the question is when it was transferred to non local FO , was it June 26 or before that ?

@LarryMark Lanray you need to ask where my case is located right now , when it was transferred to FO if that is the case and last time it was reviewed. online case status check will show nothing.

@Ahmed Ah Thank you so much Ahmed, I do ask the same thing and the few times they have told me they can’t see that information, although I have spoken to a few in the past that told me the same information. Because of some other application I have made in the past, I can’t get that information on Emma, I have to call in each time.

@Ahmed Ah one of the agents tolm it was transferred on 13/6 the other one told me on 16/6 I don't know whom I should believe

@LarryMark Lanray did you submit without medicals or it is something missing?

@FZer Lina I submitted with Medicals and everything, honestly I don’t know what the delay is about.

PD in 23 June, 2023. Submitted AOS on 12 Nov 2024. Still no movement. Case is in NBC, staying in the Rio Grand Valley office, last reviewed 6/20/25. That’s all they could say
