The Visa Bulletin has been released, and the Final Action Date has retrogressed to January 2022. What do you think this means for those of us with February 2022 priority dates who have already been asked to submit our medical exams? Will our cases be put on hold again until our priority dates become current? 😓

Yes, it will stay pending. It is not what we hoped for but it is a smart move from department of state, because there is a huge backlog after June. clearing the backlog for the first two quarters gradually is the best so they dont have case overload. I dont belive the final action date will move beyond June for the entire fiscal year
