i am stuck at LA FO (non-local) my case was transferred here in June, my receipt date is Jan-2025. when did your transfer take place?

@Ashley M my cae was at newark fo and transfferred to la fo in july and I did emma chat yessterday but no updates..

I had simikar situation.I had my case at non-local FO for about two months and got transferred to my local FO .when they transferred it my local field office,they scheduled an interview for me.Right now,I am waiting for my interview date.Hopefully,you will get some news soon.

@A S when did you got interview notice after transfer? I thought there wouldn’t be an interview since I’m H1-B status.😩

@sy j I do not have any idea about that as I am not at H1B visa.I got the interview notice after 3 days after they transfer my case in local FO.

@sy j could you please tell me how many days did it take for you to receive the mail once they scheduled your interview in your USCIS online account?

@A S it took me 4 weeks! notice date was 8/20 but i recieved mail this monday 25th!

@A S so smooth! around 20mins! i got approved today!!!! cant believe it!!

@A S few of yes or no questions, my school major, ask my sponser’s info and request me copy of w2 and recent paystubs so gave it to interviewer.

@sy j how many years of W-2s did they ask you for?

@A S didnt really ask how maby years.. so I just gave it all!
