How long is parent AOS taking in Upstate NY, specifically Syracuse FO? I petitioned my parent in April and only got EAD so far.

I’m in Bing… case wasn’t moved to FO yet. it should go to Albany for adjudication hopefully soon

Dec 2024. it can also be approved at NBC so fingers crossed. they are doing interviews for these now apparently…. good luck
