overstayed or not
hey guys if someone came on B visa then got married before he overstayed, but after a year of his marriage didn’t work and he might drop the case, would he consider an overstayed and will not get visa anymore if he left US or he will be fine since he had a case but it didn’t work?

You said "might drop the case". What case? Did you submit I-130 and I-485 before you "overstayed"?
