overstay
iapplied for i-131 advanced parole with a pending asylum,but i overstayed my visa for 14 days,can it affect me on my re entry in the US

I thing they approve you advanced parole for 1 year right

I had the same problem but traveled and came back without any issue . my asylum is still pending.
