Outside US while GC approved
After long waiting of 10 years at last GC is approved. case status chnaged to “card is being processed”.
situation: I am outside india on vacation and was planning to re-enter on AP. now my card is ready,
- Can I still use AP?
- if not , Can I ask someone to carry the GC and handover to me and use that?
- or any other safe alternative process?
