Oyewole, where you ever married before(especially outside the state)? Did you had divorce degree? How soon did you got married after arriving the US?

@oyewole yes confirm maybe they move u to potomac.. coz Nebraska is working with august 2021 .. so u are very out processing time

@ Oye I’m right in your shoes. My wife filed for me in August of 2019. It was in Nebraska and no update on the status until we called this year and was told by customer service that it has been moved to my local field office sometime in 2021. Yet, it wasn’t updated even after the transfer. So the last update I got from the inquiry states that it is reviewing or still in process which wasn’t updated on the status either. FYI: I’m in removal proceedings and the end of this year will make it 3 years since I’ve been legally married to a us citizen and we also ready have a baby that is almost 2. My advice to you is, just be patient and keep your married in good faith. The government knows what they are doing and no one of forgotten. Your time will come.
