Out of status after i130 approved
Hi, My spouse has become out of status after f1 graduation and after her i130 is approved. We have not filed her i485 yet. Can we still do it as she is out of status? #f2A #f1

yes you can file I-485, consult a lawyer and have them do the processing.

are you are US citizen? if yes, you can file. if you are a green card holder, no. she’ll need to be in status or you become a citizen first. Read about this at uscis.gov
