I am happy for you I applied in June of this year at Potomac and no rfe or anything and still not approved

Congratulations, what was your RFE all about? I see you responded the same day the RFE was issued and got approved a week after. That wa super fast

@Casey Morey .. I understand! unfortunately, nothing makes sense. what was your A/R? I do not think they know what's the method to the madness? just stay on top of them keep your case relevant . I hope you hear something soon inshl

Congrats @Daajiyah... but how do you stay on top of them and keep your case relevant. I'm in the same Vermont SC, PD- March 2021, RFE in August 2021 and since then, actively reviewed till date-10months already. So its sad no one knows the criteria they use, is it first come-last serve and last come-first serve... Confusing!!!

@leo pap, did you mean to say Vermont center is the slowest, because they are actually the slowest... USC filing for immediate family is 15months, Nebraska is the fastest-4 months same category. My application is in Vermont and its already 485days, so @Daajiyah must be very lucky.

Does anyone have information about EL Paso Field office and how long it takes to respond to RFE?

@ Leo pap🤣 sorry I have to disagree I guess if you would have submitted your paper in October and you see a lot of people getting approvals within 3 to 6 months with the same PD date as you g you'd probably think different about Vermont. aka black 🕳️😑.
