my online account is locked because I don’t open it and when I try to open it I forgot my password and exceed to the maximum attempt . my question is can I make another one using different email address.

I been calling them but they said they will call me within 7 days but they don’t call me. I try to forgot password but I exceed to maximum attempts that why it’s locked

u have to check your email to sometimes they will email you to not always call @gen
