Hi guys. Hopefully there will be many approvals on the way.
One concern... yesterday my online account said for my i130 that it was 14 months for a decision. Today it changed to saying that it was taking longer than expected but that it is within normal times. Has anyone had any subsequent experience with a change similar to this?

I got a actively reviewing case since Oct 11 2023 it said a few months then changed to it’s taking longer than expected and now it says it has an estimate of 9months 🤦🏻♀️ I’ve been waiting for a whole year and now I have to wait longer 🥲

well atleast that’s what happen to us for work the work ID once it we to taking longer than expected we got approved

mine was 13 months and today it got changed to 26 months.

yeah mine changed so much 4 months to 2 months to 4months to taking more time to 4 weeks to 3, 2 weeks then taking more time then 2 months … just don’t look at it it’s not accurate

Hello, I would like to know how long it is taking for the I-130 to be approved in Vermont. How long have I been waiting for 1-R5 for 10 months?
