October bulletin is out
The October 2026 Visa Bulletin is out, and there was another retrogression for EB-3 Other Workers.
The cutoff date had reached April 1, 2022, but for October it has moved back to January 1, 2022.

The truth is that it's pointless for them to take a big leap and then backtrack. Lucky are those who managed to finalize and receive the GC (Gratificação de Compensação - Compensation Guarantee), because it's very unfair that many old cases remain unanswered.

many people here are too optimistic. I always point out that retrogression is inevitable.
In 2027, if there’s no big events like 75 countries pause, it would move slowly. For those with PD in 2023 Jan, they need to wait until 2028 or even 2029. For those pd in Jan 2024, they will be lucky to become current in 2030.

my pd is jan 5 2022 😂our case is in Mt Laurel FO and currently being reviewed by a case officer. praying for the approval today or tomorrow 🙏
