the date of filing is useless as people in these time ranges have already filed their I-485

@sam young when. you say they have not published yet, will they update the page to tell us which chart to use?

@jack m every month USCIS publishes that which chart they will be using final action date or date of filing. So probably they will use chart b (DOF) to let people file their I-485s but for giving GC they will use chart A which is final action date

@LEE Xpress I agree with you but I think they are trying to know if there are still people remaining who haven’t filed their I-485s and see the demand so they can move accordingly

This was predictable. Guys please be assured that by Q2 2026 we should see a significant movement. Be happy that the DOF moved, although there are not much cases to be filed from 2021, its still a positive step. DHS is being very cautious in moving the dates but it will either have a sudden jump or move in a steady pace.

@dido cal sorry to say but probably 3+ years. right now people with pd 2021 & 2022 are still waiting and visa bulletin is not moving

I hope 2022 will be current in 2026, but it’s looking tough. might be late 2027 for early 2022 PD
