hi everyone, my case for my spouse got approved at USCIS on Feb 3, I submitted all the documents and files to NCV on Feb 16. I haven’t heard from NVC since then. any idea how long it will take for the interview or what I should do next?

@selamawitmola You'll hear from nvc in or after May 16. If all your submitted documents are approved by NVC, they will tell it's Documentarily Qualified and send it to the local embassy to the beneficiary's home country if your spouse is overseas once the local embassy give interview date to nvc. The interview date depends on the location of the embassy and the country and the backlogs they're having.

@sunil how did you determine the date? when I check NVC timeline it says they are reviewing cases received on December 30
