technically i730 is not an immigrants visa, It is a humanitarian follow to join benefit for asylees/refugees,Is your i730 approved? can you please share your timeline

@nishiumi tsuki Yes I agree with you they recently put my country in Ban List.@sb qureshi @Exile USA I check my status it’s show ready i didn’t get interview yet. I am thinking rescheduling interview because if my beneficiary attend interview they denied visa again start long process I will wait until Pause is left for my country.

I heard of they sent the petition from nvc to embassy they will sent you a welcome letter !! because my case is in nvc after approval its stuck. 🥲 same embassy
