does US embassy schedule appointment first by first depending on DQ date or PD ?
wat I mean is if my case is not DQ and someone is already DQ and my PD is before him he gets the appointment before me ?

If you are not DQ you are not in line for an appointment. Also, they give appointments by the Embassy, so if it’s not the same country, it doesn’t matter either.
PD is USCIS
DQ is NVC
Interview is the Embassy
One doesn’t control the other.

Yoyo it’s up to NVC they filling these appointments first by first , my question is are they going by the DQ date or PD ?
