NVC Login
Hi Guys,
My son’s case got approved (5 days ago) and we received the welcome letter from the NVC (since 2 days now)
But I cannot login to the CEAC website
it says “ The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance”
anyone has the same issue ?

You must wait for atleast 3 days after receiving your letter.

The same issue , I received email notice from NVC five days ago but still can not log in CEAC to pay fee. I only got welcome letter from email.

I received and email I paid the fees and now it keeps saying my invoice and case number doesn’t match when I try to log on to fill out the forms

just wait and keep logging a few day later. I have same issue 3 months ago. be patient, Don’t worry! you will log on successfully later 5days or 1 week.

Hi Ruth, I got my case transferred to a different embassy a few days ago on October 10th 2023, and a new case number was generated for me. I’m also having the same issue and I cannot log in with my new case ID. Did you send a message to NVC and hear anything back? I sent a message, hoping to hear back soon
