the nvc told on Oct.14 that i had 2 documents in one folder that i should delete the one they don’t need and reupload the right one i did it on the 18 so far nothing but everybody telling me i will have to aslo wait 2 months

Chima, did they already accepted your other documents and asking to replace this document only? or all submitted documents not accepted yet? in my case my all other documents were accepted already and they ask me to replace 1 document which they accept it 2 days later

they accept all documents ,expect my wife police certificate ,and my dad proof of current employee..which i upload additional documents.

You have to upload what they ask for only! I had submitted tax returns for the previous 3 years and they accepted it without any additional request. so I am not sure what they are asking you! maybe your income is not sufficient to sponcer the applicant? the sponsor must have 21K to sponcer 1 immigrant, then you need to add around 5K for each additional applicant

Mine and my dad income 52k we are 3 people right now..

it should be enough to spncer up to 6 applicants did you submit the joint sponcer? since you add your income besides your dad regarding the Police certificate, just re scan it and make sure it is a high quality and have the complete data inside it

Chima, so it is same as my situation, and it took 2 days until they accepted my resubmitted document, and they sent me a message saying that I will have a letter from them when the interview scheduled. I don’t know why everyone says you have to wait 2 months! anyway I hope you will get a reply from NVC soon

wow...they did that to me, all my documents were approved and the send me DQ letter September 16 that they will get to me with my husband interview date....on October 17, they told me that something was missing and I submitted it yesterday. hopefully it doesn't take longer again

no, I got DQ September 16 and October 17 they requested that I resubmit my husband dovice certificate from ex wife....I submitted it yesterday
