Hi @Damjana, You can expedite after filing your DS260 form and you can do this only, once you will get welcome letter/email from NVC.

I was approved may 20th and haven't received my welcome.

Just call them because I-730 you don’t have to submit any documents to nvc so as long as they receive your petition from uscis they should be able to register your information on their system and send your case to embassy without delay, I went trough the process and problem is at embassy mine are ready for interview at embassy but still waiting

I got I-140-NIW approval on 15th July and it was mentioned in the approval notice that my petition has been sent to NVC by USCIS. After few days, I sent inquiry to NVC and also called USCIS. The USCIS agent told me they sent my petition to NVC. On the following day, I have also received a response from NVC that they didn’t received my petition from USICIS and advised me that if I will not get my welcome letter until 60 days then I have to remind NVC to follow-up with USCIS. After NVC response, I called again USCIS then the agent told me that they have not send my petition to NVC and I have to wait until 90 days, if no response then I have to follow-up with them. Don’t know, whats going on.

D H yeah NVC just said they sent my petition to my home embassy Cameroon and I should wait for the to send me my welcome letter. but it been like 40days since that happened. so it's the Cameroon embassy that's delaying the process now. We pray God for speed. just tired

it took me 4 years to get approved

Congratulations @Damjana I didn’t received notification until now that they have transferred my case to NVC. I got approval on 15th July.

congrats damjana..you just wait for nvc to create a case no. in their system for you..as of today nvc is creating case no. for petitions received on aug 15..hopefully you should get a mail within 2 weeks with your case no. attached and should be able to track your status through CEAC with the case no..good luck

D H, I received email yesterday from my consulate embassy and it says they're ready to start process my Ki visa. I we online and completed the DS160, registered my case and the next step was supposed to be to schedule interview with the link they provided. but when I fill out the form, it says my case is no ready for interview. the email they seto be me says if I have any difficulty scheduling the interview, I should call them. I tried the second time filling out the form, it says I should wait for 5days so that the system can update my information. it's normal?

today I call uscis and she give me a service number and she said we guys call me back in 30 days and I have to give you this service number then he they give me appointment of near uscis office and I have to go there
