no ..you don’t need to pay any fee anymore, all you need to do is just submit the necessary documents they requested for and they will get back to you later ..

no you do not need to resubmit documents. If you are seeing this, it means they are scheduling your interview. you will see it change to “in transit” then “ready” your interview will be 3 months after that.

I had this issue. I had paid the fees on Aug 25. But now the page shows PAY NOW option for AOS fees

you don’t need to pay again… as far as I know that payment is valid for a long time after submitting paperwork

be careful. There are scammers out there. call USCIS directly (a number that you get from their .gov website) before giving personal info or money.

@@adam it’s showing in their website.. which I have already paid. NVC email to to resubmit my husband passport Biograpic page and I did after that it’s telling me to pay again .

ok. sounds like a legitimate source. But I do think there is some kind of error on their part. But I'm not 100% sure. You pay your fees to NVC, but does the embassy have its own fees. it shouldn't, but I wouldn't be surprised. Department of State operates about efficiently as the Russian Ministry of Sobriety.

hi guys! how long did it take for it to change from the ‘in process’ status to change as ‘paid’ after paying the IV and AOS fees at NVC?
