hi guys
plz help me with that, on novembre 7,2021 i submited all requested documents at the NVC but i did not submit my wife divorce decree, so should i submit it now or just leave it like that until i take it with me at the interview date?

I would recommend uploading it the soonest to have a complete filing with NVC. You need to avoid having an RFE which will delay your case review by two months according to the current processing time frame of NVC.
