NVC docs
Does NVC notify you when you can already upload documents? Waiting for the payment to be cleared.
Update: they did not notify. I had to check three website. We paid June 8. It was cleared June 12. So 3 business days.

when did u get your NVC welcome letter .... it's almost 2 weeks and I'm still waiting

@Mr Nobody I got it after 6 days. approved on the 4th, received the NVC letter the 10th
