Hmmn, a lot of factors here, why your case is taking very long. 1 is your service center- Carlifornia, it’s about the slowest place to have as a service center. 2 is the type of visa you are requesting F2B visa. it naturally takes very long. 3 is that the petitioner is a non US citizen, 4 is that you are petitioning for an individual who is over 21 years of age. Overall, you just need to be very patient. they’ll attend to you when visa is available. All the best.
