NVC. Birth Certificate rejected
Iraqi birth certificate declined. I sent both old and new. Ive asked via NVC inquiry form (u cannot call at all). And they just send message back saying send birth certificate.
any idea what is going on and how to fix it when I cant even call them!?

my country birth certificate was not legible. I used a certified translation company and sent that along with my app
