USC needs an i130 for each person

when i was petition i dont have a baby yet then petition came in so when i fill up the ds260 and declare my son they send me a letter to pay the visa for my son, and yes i brought my son here in the united states they included my son's name on the letter of my interview

at the end of the day , you guys will have to include the names of all your mom's children in the DS-260. The main concern now is ....going into the nvc logged in profile and adding applicants...

when your mom get GC then she can apply for your siblings and it needs to be separate forms for everyone

thanks everyone someone was telling me that I can add the kids and pay the fees, I will pay for my mom and see if ceac they allow me to add applicants 🙏🏼

I am in same situation and I’ve been reading about this, the right-to-follow or “derivatives” does not apply if they are you immediate family. make sure before you pay

@Mohammad A were you able to add them in CEAC and paid the fees? in CEAC I don’t see the option to add them yet but someone told me once I pay for my mom I will be able to add the kids?

I did not get to that step yet. I am waiting for my I-130 to be approved for my mom but I did research this topic and the gov website says something like immediately family such siblings are excluded from “right-to-follow” and once your mom has green card she can apply for them and go through same I-130 process

no she cannot add them because I am in the same situation my U S citizen daughter petition for me and I am here in USA from February 2020 and I couldn’t take my 2 daughters under 21 yrs with me I came and file a i130 for them in 2020 September and there i130 just get approved so she have to come here and file separate i-30 for them.
