that massage by it self you will need it on your interview, but the police certificate that won’t make you documents qualified.

I go 2 massage 1 about joint sponser same like your case 2 massage about my income proof so then I just send them my income proof then they did documents qualified...that's WY I'm confused sponser it's good or I have to do something??????

misty khan , you have to submit your income or you’ll never gonna be DQ , make sure you submitted the proof of income , after that when you receive your interview your case gonna be reviewed by the us embassy so the sponsor should be submitted when its at the us embassy not when it’s at nvc, your case would change from nvc to us embassy, submitted before you go to your interview. then you would be fine I went through all that .

submitte your joint sponsor, at the interview letter they will let you know if they need it on your interview or not , but you have to submit it on ceac and it wouldn’t take time cuz it’s reviewed daily . at the us embassy

okay you have options on your interview letter like mine says , If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) AND provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, you must upload this to CEAC or bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa interview.

I’m not a lawyer I’m just telling you the experience I went through, if you need a %100 answer ask a lawyer but I’m sure he would tell you the same thing , only if you have something besides the joint sponsor.

and u know I'm in government guidelines at least I have income but still they asking may be feel low income...if I don't bring joint sponser what they do in interview?do u have any idea???

misty khan , the nvc job to make sure you have the MINIMUM documents, not all documents and then it depends on your embassy if they ask for additional documents each country different then other , that’s all ik .
