@roma same here, got fe review note for my mom that says "submit every 2021/1099" even if it already is submitted. my application is IR5 for US citizen. My dad's case submitted on the same time and date with the same documents got DQ'ed.

@hazzel it might be different for you based on your case but here you go. I-864 for both, form ds260, 2019/2020/2021 tax returns, birth certificate(of mine), marriage certificates (both mine and parents), US passport copy (for me), police clearance (for my parents), passport copy(of my parents), pay stubs, passport size photos (of all), and employment letter(of mine).

employment letter and pay stubs is important i did not submit these ( spouse case )?

@hazzel sorry I've no knowledge about the requirements of spousal case. I was told that both the employment letter and pay stubs will show them you're still employed and have an income. And it will also help to confirm your Domicile.
