but before this notification they posted another notification that was for status update and that one was true after that my status updated

I didn’t get no notice uodate I only got elogle for inquiry and it’s not up to processing time yet. maybe it’s just a glitch

It means that your case is delayed enough to open an inquiry to uscis IF YOU WANT. It is a kind of reminder, nothing else.

@so so, my case was just 5 months but the processing time is 11-13 months. so I think it’s just a glitch

this processing time shows 1 week to 7 month but 7 months are almost done but there is nothing changed still the status is (Case was received and receipt notice was sent)

that means you are eligible to raise a case equiries

it’s an OPTION if you want to inquire about your case status

ourall I am telling that they takes 1 week to 7 months in Texas as they show in description not only for me

@z.A….how can I know where my 1-130 is being processed….it says nbc on the receipt but I can’t see nbc when I try to check processing time

@Z.A does that means my I-130 that starts with MSC is being process at Potomac service center because I can’t find NBC or MSC when I try to see the processing time for my I-130.

if the receipt number starts with IOE then which center is used to check processing time??
