I also received one. It asked for proof of abuse, good faith marriage and proof of shared residency. All which I have submitted before in 2021. These RFEs seem to frequent now

@A K how can you prove abuse ?

I have police reports, his arrests for DV, pictures of bruises, pictures of broken dishes and other household items. I have text messages and Ring camera video footage which I have stills from.

What did they ask for? have you received your letter yet ?

If they asked for something you already sent, what should you do in this case?

@Erica costa exactly what @A K stated above. all have been submitted previously . I dont even know what to do.

@Emily Afo submit all of it again, write a new statement, go get a psych evaluation. If there is new evidence, submit that as well.

@Emily Afo no, it just changed to response received. What has your attorney said and are you responding to them with everything they asked?

My RFE was lost in the lawyer's office, and she received it in July. It was only last week that she told me the deadline to respond had passed, but I managed to send it. And they've already received it. RFE - prior of abuse, good faith marriage and shared residency.

If anyone received a response after sending the RFE, please let me know. I’m very anxious
