I filed in oct 2022… my processing deadline shows april 2026 so yes… within the next year or so… maybe earlier for you… hopefully

@C M I am also Sep 2022. My 4th PF expired and hasn't been renewed.I have seen approval confirmations for Jan - Early August 2022. so maybe we are next. I heard that they approve in batches and not just a single month.

@GoodNews Soon oh wow same time! My PF renewed until later this year. has your lawyer said why they didn’t auto renew your PF? yes we are next 🙌🏽 no doubt about it it’s here!!

@C M yes the attorney said that sometimes they dont renew if a decision is near.

you are good. just wait a couple more months. is taking around 1200-1300 days.

I have one last question, I see some people file the I-360 and other applications concurrently like application for work permit or adjustment of status without waiting on I-360 decision first. Did ya’ll just file I-360 then wait for decision to file work EAD and adjustment of status or did you and your lawyer file concurrently? my lawyer tells me I have to wait for a decision until he can file for other things and I just think that will keep dragging the process 🥲

@C M my lawyer filed concurrently and I have traveled back home 5 times in 3 years

@C M my lawyer filled everything and send them together in December 2021,I got approved March 2025,I sent my medical in june,they updated the case June 12th 2025 I'm still waiting for my i485 to be approved I hope it will be very soon in Jesus name.4 prima facie no evidence just the medical so far in Jesus name hopefully I will receive good news very soon.
