how did you get your case terminated? I 130 approved? I’m in the same boat

your lawyer need to file a motion to reopen your case with uscis and joint the judge termination of removal proceeding with it . then uscis will reopen the administratively closed i485 case . or you can also schedule an Infopass appointment if possible with your uscis local office allowed it and bring the judge letter with you and a request to reopen the i485 case

why pple don’t like to adjust the state with judge instead of going back to immigration. going back immigration is a long process bcos you case will first be send to to Missouri NVC before it will finally sent to your state field office it takes a while .

guys how long time did it take to get you I130 decision ? I’m losing patience, it’s been 17 months for me and nothing yet ?

I have a appeal 1290b near 2 years

it took us about a year and 3 months to get a response @k j in the uscis website it advises you how long it should take it could be a year up to 2 years from when they confirmed received

thanks for your respond @kelly chacon actually I didn’t file for i485, I filed only i130 , I submitted an inquiry 2 months ago and I got an email stating that our case will be scheduled for an interview, but no updates neither on the website nor the mail.
