Notice Explaining USCIS' Actions Was
Mailed
Received this notice today:
On November 19, 2024, we began reviewing your Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er). We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials.
I presume this is most likely a NOID. Did anyone here pass through this phase? If Yes, please share your experiences.

No, I never received any RFE. I sent them an expedite request over 6 months ago and they approved it 20 days ago. This was the notice I got after the expedite approval

@ approved GreenCard from the look of it, it’s most likely a NOID. Yes, I have a lawyer, not just fully confident in them, given the way they’ve handled my case thus far, especially their poor response time to enquiries. @Oh lord show me mercy Thank you for the encouragement.
