I received a receipt notice back in January so cant be it. I am eligible for an automatic extension, so this is bizarre. To add- i360 hasn't been approved nor denied yet

I got the EAD in 2021 when I initially applied. 2 year EAD, sent out for a renewal in November, got a letter in January. Now all of the sudden this.

@A K you’re just gonna have to wait and see, this is the first time I’m hearing something like this, I renewed my EAD this year also and I’ve received my receipts but no other update on it. when did you file your VAWA?

I did recently receive a RFE for the docs I already submitted for Wava so im resubmitting along with continued abuse since filing.

Update. They want the disposition of misdemeanor arrest from 2004. Thats 20 years ago! Anyway- that's what they want.
