I’ve been contacting them since 2021 and I get the same response we are actively reviewing your case !

Do a writ of Mandamus...find a lawyer and do it

You have not yet received 130 approval?? why so long?? you must be in the US now over 3 years, and above all you are a US citizen

everyone I know that applied 2019, they finished already in 2021

yes , they keep telling me my case is still being reviewed and there’s not time frame ! I’ve tried calling many times but not luck, I even went and spoke to congressman for help

@Salim I applied about 3 years ago as well and nothing for me either. My status changed to “actively reviewing” back in Jan. And since then we’ve supposedly been in line for an interview at our local FO. Where was your case sent?

@Salim - What was the outcome of your conversation with the Congressman? When you spoke with USCIS - Did you ask them what other documents that they need or anything at all?

the only update I had on the case was that uscis received my case back in 2020. after speaking with the congressman my case was updated in April 2020 that it being actively reviewed. nothing changed since then .

my case was sent to Texas service center then it was sent to Vermont ! since then I haven’t gotten an update
