@s l What were they requesting? my husband and I recd a NOIR it’s been 2 mths. this could take up to 6 mths or more. the turnaround time isn’t that fast so it’s just a waiting game to see if it works out in ur favor.

@M g-Ijeoma lack of evidence and their main focus was on my lease, I believe they think my lease is fake. I responded with all the necessary evidence along with 3 years lease signed by the office, along with payments receipt.

check API they could have updated upon receiving your evidence but some decisions especially those in question are taking longer now

API monitors USCIS activity on your case…..I found the link on some of Reddit’s comments, plus you add your receipt # then it shows you when USCIS last updated your account
