Is your case in FO or NBC? Did they ever issue RFE? Can you share your timeline? What was your PD?

@A Z do you have any past history such as unauthorized work or visa overstay or criminal history? from what I heard or saw from other posts these were the main reason for NOID

@A Z NOID directly without an RFE? Dix you talk to your attorney? You will have to respond to the NOID. It will help if you can let us know why the NOID is issued? Failure to maintain status?

@A Z did they interview you? or just straight up sending noid? did they ask for your paystubs or something that you were unable to provide?

@A Z did you submitting the response for the NOID? I got the NOID back to 2022 right after submitting the medical. it was about maintaining my status from the date I graduated to the date I filed the I485. I submitted all the documents to prove that I maintained my status. I didnt pay attention on how long my case got update to the new status because my PD wasnt current at that time. my PD was may 2021. I got the interview coupon months ago and the officer confirmed that she had all the documents for that NOID letter. and my case approved 3 days after the interview. good luck to you.

@ i had interview yesterday he said he will send me rfe in few days need more documents so not sure what it will be

My interview went long 3 hours they ask pretty much much everything since i born and did not get any decision nyet or rfe yet its been 2 weeks after interview
