That’s crazy that they asked you for bonafide marriage noid since it’s EB based. Did you submit proof like lease agreement, joint tax return and joint bank account?

i got RFE right after interview then submited back in 3 months. So yeah, after more than a year i got this BS NOID

@Haney han marriage f1 and job. the rfe they asked me to submit all the documents again, like all my f1 records bla bla bla. imagine that u have to do every from the beginning.

What specific F1 documents did they ask you to resubmit? Do you think that was the main reason for the RFE?

i think it really depends on your PD. Right now mine is current so i dont think it will take them another year to give me the final decision. my lawyer and I both expect another interview coming soon for my case.
