sent them what they want someone probably told them and if they don't accept it you'll need to filed i601 with new applications. but you don't need to worry. make sure you get a tone of letter from different family and friends

@Mmmm gggg My husband and I rec’d NOIR which we submitted 2 mths ago and still waiting. Listen submit every photo u guys, anything in both of ur names, hotel receipts, plane tickets, properties etc. Overflow them with proof that your marriage is real

Thank you@M g Ijeoma, we will try for our best evidence. The biggest issue is that the NOIR thinks my previous marriage was fraudulent because of the faulty divorce decree I submitted, so my lawyer has a lot to correct…I don’t even have enough evidence because it ended a long time ago

@Mmmm gggg to be honest I don’t think u need much. I was married before and all I had to provide was my original divorce papers. You can go online and put in a request to get another copy of ur divorce papers

@Dee Dee I understand that…I responded based off someone in America who had to do the same thing so if he could get in touch with whomever in his country and go about getting it that way

@Dee Dee it was basically everything they got in the beginning plus more…they didn’t out right deem our marriage as not bonafide like others I have spoken too and the person is my husband. it’s been 2 mths since USCIS recd our RFE and still no response from my research we’re not going to hear anything for another 4 mths probably

@Dee Dee yes, I have. my husband friend who also married an American got an NOIR and they took 6 mths to review his case and approved him. I think he only been in America for about 4-5 mths. now regarding my husband case we overflow them with addt’l evidence obviously to show them that this a bonafide marriage. they never gave us a legit reason as to why he wasn’t approved just a whole heap of delay. if you don’t mind me asking what is your situation?
