consult with Emma

@kaptain fresh congratulations ask emma and and ask for live agent also did had interview and how long it took you after submitting?

@JVR JVR no interview and I’ve submitted since August 2022

congratulations 🥳 🎉. I have the same situation as you. we are 4 people and I got 2/4 welcome letter and the other 2 USCIS didn’t send to State Dept, I don’t know why 😏 I already stated the NVC process with the other two

@kaptain fresh git it thank you i am waiting too again congratulations!!

so I contacted USCIS again and this was what they said….direct quote….. “I show that the case was approved and teh card was sent to production on 01/20. Once 60 days have passed, if you still have not received your EAD, submit a "Non-Delivery of a Document" request online at egov.uscis.gov/e- request. If you have difficulty completing this request or do not have access to a computer, call us back for assistance”

then I told her it’s not an EAD card that’s it’s my green card , and she said that was a typo 🤷🏽‍♂️

same boat @kaptain fresh approved on the 26th and nothing yet any update please let us know
