No update
hello , so I applied for a renewal of my EAD since 2023 Oct and its about to expire in few days. I got my receipt it been received, but up till now I have gotten any update. I have been getting my prima facie renewal. I applied 2021 Dec . still no update apart from my last finger print . any advice please

you get automatic extension 180 days , I got mine in 8 months .

automatic extension now is 510 days so you’re able to work but hopefully you get your card soon

Submit inquiry, contact local congress for help. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"

@eve e I applied in December and still waiting. I am worried about the Same thing. My drivers license is also expiring
