NO RECEIPT NOTICE
it’s been almost 7 months since I sent my i485 package (based on Vawa) Im still waiting on the receipt notice.
Is this normal?
UPDATE: I received the notices after 8months.

this is not normal at all. usually within 3months you should have gotten receipts

it is not normal but it happens with sensitive cases like these. Especially if you changed your address recently. Call and ask to speak with a tier II officer

if you sent it via mail with a certified receipt you can use that information and contact USCIS lockbox email and they can help. I just did this 2 weeks ago

right now is normal, because they are having delays on notices that have to do with vawa and humanitarian cases, but you can still contact your congressman to submit an inquire on your behalf
