No news after transfer to non-local field office after 4 weeks. Why is it taking long?
Hi everyone, My case was I-1485 has been transferred to Fort Smith, AR field office (non-local). it’s been 4 weeks and I have not heard back anything. Most cases transferred to this filed office have been approved (some of which were transferred after me). I am getting worried and would appreciate any insights why it maybe taking longer.

@cloud 8 how are you able to get information that cases transferred to this FO after you were approved? are they in the same category ie eb1? maybe they have earlier receipt dates
