No more EB1, EB2 for this year?
Hi, I heard that USCIS used up all available visas for EB1 and EB2 for this year. I am not sure how correct this is. How do we know if our case is allocated in this number or not if it is already transferred to NBC? Would transferred cases be approved before Sept. 30th?

I contacted USCIS today and confirmed that there’re no available EB1, EB2, EB3 visas left for September. They will start processing those from October on.
